I'm very disappointed in myself. Back to ballet, I tried dancing, but failed): Even the rhythm warm-up, the simplest warm-up of all is like so freaking complicated for me, furthermore the tiptoes, kicks, développés, plié. All through barre was controlling my tears luhh, until développés for goodness sake, I can't take the pain anymore, started crying. Even though teacher ask me not to dance, it's like, why?! I have endured for 2 months, I can't take it anymore. Yeahh, everything sucks, I can't do frappés even slowly, then I yeah, don't give a damn, just do it normally, kicking and striking the floor. And yeah, cried luhh, but nobody noticed-.- Carry on like this and I'll start to have a phobia. Centre sucks most can! Did the study 2 and tiptoe, plié, Attitude and I keep falling over. Then yeahh, could not take it luhh, plopped myself down and teacher was like just rest first, next time must brace your ankles. Then I cried luhh. Katherine and Zelda noticed, but teacher did not=.= And teacher was still like counting off from her fingers what we have to learnt in the next few weeks and I'm beginning to freak out already. If I don't recover soon, what about exams? Hell! The whole class can manage pirouettes and countless centre exercise, yet I fuck myself off. I can't even remember a single thing, only that I have a phobia of the assemblé. Man Man Man! I can like burst into tears anytime you know. If according to logic, there's only 10 months to exam!!!

Then thought of dating with Katherine yet while waiting for bus, she realized her hand phone was missing and then went back to the toilet luhh. And then found her strap but not her phone. Used my phone to call but the stupid person off her phone. Then yeahh, it's Malay wedding, anybody could have taken it. Anyways, Katherine laopo, hope you find your phone soon. The person who took Katherine's phone. Get a life, you know by using her phone, you'll feel guilty? What's it like to live in guily conscience? Heaven has long arms, justice arms, you'll repay by retribution one day. Meanwhile, Katherine chill uhh(: I'll help you keep a look-out. Even if it's like limited edition, don't worry, I'm sure you'll reunite with your phone. keke(:

Broken Bones: AA considerable force is needed to break a bone unless the bone is already weakened by disease. A direct force such as a kick will break the bone at a point of impact. A twisting force can also break the bone, this can occur when a foot that is stuck twists in a way that breaks the ankle. That's three type of broken bones: Stable Injury, Unstable Injury and Open Break :O

Sprains and Dislocations: Both are painful and slow to heal. A sprained joint generally happens when a sudden or unexpected wrenching movement stretches or tears a ligament that supports a joint. This type of injury is especially common around the ankle and may happen when a victim twists hjis ankle after misjudging a step!!! A dislocated joint can result from a strong force that wenches one of the bones of a joint out of the normal position.

Muscle Injuries: The muscles that move the skeleton are attached to bones by tendons. A muscle or tendon can be pulled or strained. A strained muscle may have just a few or a few fibres torn. This injury is also very painful.

I've got like a sprained ankle, ligament tear and muscle tear:( Man! After misjuding a step-.- ha! After landing wrongly from the damn assemblé. Damn. I don't think I'll dance next week luhh, like it only brings me disappointment. .
